It's still Saturday. I have been working on this blog all day, trying to get it to do what I want. Needless to say, I'm having a really hard time. Old template, new template, layout, bla bla bla. Someone please, I'm loosing it. I am ready to throw my laptop out the window! Why can't we put pictures in our posts and have the words wrap around them without it becoming a time consuming ordeal? Aren't these programs supposed to make it easy for us beginners to use? But no. I have actually been trying to learn html code. It is insane! I just wanted to make a few extra dollars with a website. That's how I started out. My site being Used Cars Under $1000. Originally I started the website, but then I started the blog, which is a totally unrelated subject, Living With Mental Illness.
After that, just this morning, I started this blog. Obviously I can't make up my mind. Actually, it isn't even that. What I am trying to do is create something, doesn't matter if it is a website or a blog, that will be successful. I guess it is just going to take time.

So that is what my day was like. Tomorrow I have to pick up my boyfriend from rehab. He gets day passes to go out. I guess it is supposed to help them deal with the real world a little bit while being in the protected enviroment of the rehab. I'm glad, it's good for him. He is doing good. He was admitted the last week of December of 2007, and is hanging in there. I miss him so much, and I am so proud of him. That's a picture of him from last summer.

I started out this morning with the usual confusion. Work, laundry, dishes, vacuume . . . Oh, and besides those things, I have a f--king mouse, maybe several in my kitchen! The mouse crap! Gross!
I had been living with my parents in their trailor, until they both died. Now I am here by myself. Anyway, my mom, may she rest in peace, did not clean a thing during the last, oh, 5 years of her life. Now, granted my dad was sick and things around here were very hard. So. Since my mom hadn't cleaned anything in so long, I have had to target certain areas of the house because of things like the mouse. I already cleaned in the kitchen! Not that you can tell by the picture.

This is my kitchen. For those of you who live or have lived in a trailor, know that there is no where to put anything. And no, I haven't taken down my christmas curtains yet. Mainly because I don't have any curtains to put up instead, and I don't have the money to buy some.

I am the type of person that when I have something I have to do, half the time it doesn't get done because I don't have the time to do it right. For example, the kitchen. My dad had alot of work done in the kitchen over the last 10 years or so, cabinet refacing, new stove, new fridge, floor etc. However, time has taken its toll. For the most part the kitchen is clean. I try to keep the sink and counters clean. Not that I don't leave dishes in the sink sometimes. The problem is that I haven't been able to clean inside all of the cabinets yet. You might ask why?

Lets see. My dad died April of 2005, then 6 or 7 months later my mom was diagnosed with a huge brain tumor. The doctors said that there was a slim chance with surgery. Well, the slim chance went to no chance after surgery. My mom survived the surgery, however she lived the next year in a cronic vegatative state in a nursing home. She passed away April of 2007. She actually passed away 2 years and 2 days after my dad.

Needless to say, the past few years have been pretty bad. Besides all that, I had to clean out 20 years of crap from the house. That has taken some time. It was pretty rough. There are still things in the house that are in the same spot they were before they died. Little things.

You know, I should give myself more credit for what I have gotten done in the house.

Anyway, a big part of my problems is that I suffer from depression. That makes everyday activities harder for people like me. I have been working on a blog about depression and related topics if you want to check it out.

So like I said, I have been working on my blog and also a web site. I have joined the millions trying to make money online. Let me tell you, it isn' t easy! It takes alot of work. I have been checking out other peoples blogs, and they have been blogging for a couple of years! I don't know if they are making money or not, but. My point is that I am going to have to invest alot of time on the computer if I want to be successful at it. Isn't that true of anything though?

I have alot of things to do in the house, but since I don't have a regular job, I have to spend time on my blog and site so I can start making some money.

I hope to post regularly, and thanks for checking me out!
